Postage & Returns Policy

We value our customers satisfaction and try to ensure we go the extra mile so you are 100% satisfied with your runr purchase. Every order is hand packed and sent by us to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Postage & Delivery

For UK postage, we use Royal Mail via standard 2nd class post which usually arrives within 3-5 working days.

For international post, it usually takes 7-10 working days via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International Post depending on customs.

Returns

As a small business we do operate the returns policy below if you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us. If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including additional postage cost.

If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk with further details and we will be happy to help. You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us. We will cover additional postage cost to send you a replacement.

Refunds

If you would simply like a refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you (the postage charge is non refundable). You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.

All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.
