Description

Every day is a brand new day.

A small habit that can make a big difference to your life is taking the time to check in.

How are you feeling? What do you need to get off your chest? What do you need to get done? How can you help make the world better by spreading kindness?

Featuring 100 tear off, printed sheets to fill in all designed by our running friend, Angela Chick.

The notepad is A5 size (148mm x 210mm) and is glued at the top.
