You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).

If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement product free of charge subject to availability.

If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund excluding the initial postage cost.

If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.

You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
