Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and stated before you complete your purchase.
UK
Orders sent via Royal Mail using their 48 Hour Tracked Service. This allows you to track your order and amend certain aspects of the delivery address.
Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.
Returns
If you need to return your item, please send it to us at the address below along with a completed returns card that came with your order. Please include your name and order number and reason for returning.

Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

It may just be me, but I think the mug is a perfect way to show you're a runner or into the outdoors. Make a cuppa and get it on your zoom calls. I'd agree with the review below - I love a big mug. But can't fault the mug! :)

Love the "Leave Nothing But Footprints" motto. Only small con is I'd quite like the mug to be a little bigger :o) Everyone likes an extra large tea in the morning, right?
