Above and beyond!

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent initially, but the matter was resolved really swiftly, and with such a friendly manner I absolutely love my new Snood, and it is the perfect addition to my Marathon kit for taking part in the Virtual London Marathon in October - thanks Runr!!
