It features our vibrant paint splash design and helps people of all running abilities identify other passionate runners.

The world that we live, and run in, is important to us and with that in mind, we're pleased to say that it is now made from 100% recycled plastic bottles!

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and stated before you complete your purchase. 

UK

Orders sent via Royal Mail using their 48 Hour Tracked Service. This allows you to track your order and amend certain aspects of the delivery address.

Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.

International

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked International Post. Please note we do not cover any customs charges.

 
Returns

If you need to return your item, please send it to us at the address below along with a completed returns card that came with your order. Please include your name and order number and reason for returning.

If your product is faulty, please contact us on returns@runr.co.uk and let us know the issue. We will then send you a replacement product, subject to availability.

Exchange

 

If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.

You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

Lovely splashes of colour

This snood is big enough that I can pull it over my head and tuck it in at the back and very successfully tame my very wild hair while I run
