If your product is faulty, please contact us on returns@runr.co.uk and let us know the issue. We will then send you a replacement product, subject to availability.

Exchange

You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
