Returns
Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).
If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.
If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.
If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.
Exchange
If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.
You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.
Refunds
If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.
All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.

Run vest for skinny teenager
The vest is an excellent fit for a tall, skinny teenager and he finds it very comfortable against his skin. Thank you for the help with the measurements so we got the right size first time!

I was delighted to see the launch of your EcoTek range and ordered one out of curiosity, as the use that any recycled products can be put to is good in my book. I can say I am delighted with what I received. It is light and easy to wear and so so comfortable. I thought wicking might be a problem but no such thing. Good luck with this product line and will certainly order something in this range in the future.
