Product Details

The runr Go Backpack is perfect on a day out, for your work commute or to even use as a smart kit bag for a race.

Each bag has a small zip pocket on the front and they have padded, adjustable straps.

The bags have the runr logo on the faux leather patch featured on the front.

    Each bag weighs 380g and has the following dimensions:

    • Width 31cm
    • Height 42cm
    • Depth 21cm
    • 18 litre capacity


    Delivery & Returns

    Delivery

    FREE Shipping for all UK orders over £50. All other shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and stated before you complete your purchase. 
     
    For UK postage, we use Royal Mail via standard 2nd class post which usually arrives within 3-5 working days.
     
    International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed International Post.

     
    Returns

    Please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your item(s).

    If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement free of charge including a prepaid envelope to send the faulty product back to us.

    If you'd prefer a full refund then please send the product back to us and we will give full refund, including initial postage cost.

    If you are based outside of the UK it will be your responsibility to send back item(s) to us to our UK address.

    Exchange

    If you'd like to exchange for a different product or different size, then please contact us at returns@runr.co.uk.

    You will need to send the product back to us and once we receive it, we will send out your replacement. It will be your responsibility to pay postage to send back to us.

    Refunds

    If you would simply like a full refund within 30 days of purchase then please send the product back to us and drop us an email to returns@runr.co.uk so we can supply you return address. We will then process a refund to you. You will need to send back the item to us and cover the postage yourself.

    All exchanges, refunds or faulty items must be sent back within 30 days of the original online purchase.
